Dr. Neil Gray Dr. Neil Gray is a father of three young boys and husband to Dr. Kathrine Gray. Originally from Southern California Dr. Gray has accomplished several other professions during his college career. Dr. Gray received his Bachelor of Science Degree from UCLA in 1976 and teaching credential in 1977. Dr. Gray received his Dental Degree in 1985 from Oregon Health Sciences Center University in Portland, Oregon and completed his Specialty degree in Endodontics from University Of Washington in 1989. He has served on numerous boards and committees in Dentistry, and is an Associate Professor at Oregon Health Science Center Dental School, yet still has time to publish articles. Dr. Gray’s wide and varied background gives him the ability to diagnose and relate to his patients. Just a few of his former jobs include teaching high school in the Los Angeles City School District, grocery clerk, auto mechanics, auto body, cabinet maker, manager of motion picture theater and working on the Space Shuttle engine main combustion chamber. His true love is woodworking and restoring/building automobiles, which he has a complete shop for each discipline. There isn’t a lack of conversation when you speak with Dr. Gray. |

Dr. Kathrine Manning Dr. Manning-Gray was born in Schenectady, New York where she lived until the age of three and a half years old. Her family then relocated to Anaheim, California where she lived until matriculating at Oregon Health Sciences Center University in 1984. Dr. Gray received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University at Fullerton in 1980. Then she began a 22-year educational adventure into dentistry, starting as a dental technician at a dental laboratory, becoming a dental assistant, and then leaving chair side to pursue dental hygiene at Oregon Health Sciences Center University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 1984. Her love for dentistry and integration of art and science inspired Dr. Manning-Gray to continue her education and complete her Dental Degree in 1990 at Oregon Health Science Center University. A mother of 3 boys and wife to Neil she juggles the practice of dentistry two to three days a week and weight trains to keep all of them in line. |
